Can it route by listing rather than round-robin?
Yes — we map each listing or sign number to the listing agent during onboarding. Buyer-side leads off the team line use whatever routing rule you define (round-robin, area-based, lead-source-based).
What about MLS integration?
Today we don't pull live MLS data into the call. We capture the listing the caller is asking about, hand the booking to the agent, and let them brief the showing in person. MLS-aware Q&A is on the roadmap.
Is it good at sniffing out tire-kickers vs serious buyers?
It captures the qualifiers — financing readiness, timeline, current ownership status — and tags the lead. It doesn't make the judgment call about who's serious; that's still the agent's job. We just make sure no agent wastes time on a call before that point.
